Lumen.ca is now accessible to all
Customers with a personal account as well as customers without a Lumen.ca account will be able to see product inventory and availability. They will have access to in-store pickup, as well as visibility to their order history. Access to Pro (enterprise) accounts will continue to offer volume pricing, as well as quote requests.
Certain products will be displayed but will not be offered on the B2C side. Customers will need to present themselves to a branch to purchase. Returns will be made via the online chat with the e-commerce team.
