Termination modification kit for use with 3/C polymeric cable. Heat shrinkable with 0.51-1.26 inch cable insulation diameter. Contains uncoated tubing to rejacket each phase and ground, sealant strip, cable breakout boot, cable breakout plugs and sealant-coated shim tubing.
