Category-6A/Class EA, F/UTP, small diameter shielded patchcord is constructed of 28 AWG, twisted pair, solid copper (dual-rated CM/LSZH) cable with high performance RJ45 modular plugs. Patchcord is offered in multiple lengths and colours for design flexibility. Gold plated phosphor bronze, contacts plated with 50 micro inches of gold for superior performance. Tight bend radius enables improved cable routing and management in high density applications. Smaller cable diameter allows about 70% more cords to be routed through cable managers and pathways compared to traditional Category-6A shielded patchcord. Reduced cable diameter facilitates improved air flow, cooling, resulting in lower operating costs than traditional Category-6A shielded patchcord. This patchcord is used in 10GBASE-T EtherNet, data centre I/O consolidation, data centre server virtualization, backbone aggregation and parallel processing and high speed computing applications.
