OLFLEX® FD 855 CP Series halogen-free highly flexible cable for small bend radius applications with PUR jacket. The cable with finely stranded bare copper conductors, TPE, dry lubricant, non-woven wrapping over outer layer insulation, grey TPE inner jacket, tinned copper braid shielding and specially formulated grey polyurethane jacket. Designed for extreme mechanical stresses due to a tighter bend radius in continuous flex applications. Materials are halogen-free and environmentally friendly with an expanded temperature range. The polyurethane jacket is mechanically and chemically resistant to many environments. OLFLEX® FD 855 CP is a shielded version available with an overall tinned copper braid. This is recommended when electrical interference needs to be suppressed. For cable tracks, power chains, most automated manufacturing systems, gantry robots, pick and place units, conveyor systems, machine tools, continuous flexing applications. -40 to 80°C Continuous flexing temperature range.
