Do you know about Hydro-Quebec’s program OSE (Offre Simplifiée)? This is an energy efficiency program that seeks financial support for renovations and new constructions. The initiative is aimed at commercial, industrial, institutional and agricultural buildings.


Regarding lighting, the luminaires eligible to the program are those certified to DLC Standard or DLC Premium for retrofits and to DLC Premium only for new constructions. These certifications guarantee the quality and efficiency of a lighting product. Note however that you will need to reach $2,500 in rebates to be eligible and that Hydro-Quebec offers higher utility rebate on DLC Premium items.
