As COVID-19 continues to evolve, Lumen wishes to reassure its customers on the measures taken for the safety and well-being of all. Our goal is very clear, we aim to mitigate the risks for both our associates and customers while continuing to provide the highest level of customer service.

 

Safety measures carried out (as recommended by Public Health Canada)

  • Internal communication on hygiene and protection measures
  • Increased cleaning intervals on both working and commonly used surfaces.
  • Restriction and significant limitation of visits at our office, the head office and the Distribution Centre (CDC)
  • Installation of a thermal camera in the associates' entrance (Head Office and CDC)
  • Business or internal meetings to be held either by videoconference or telephone


Conducting business

All our locations along with our Distribution Centre remain open to serve you with the same dedication and commitment as always.

However, to avoid as much physical contact as possible, we encourage our customers to pre-order whenever possible, ideally online through lumen.ca, with the Mobile App or by phone at any of our locations.

Also, we encourage all customers to use our next day delivery services, which are always available within 24 hours directly from the Distribution Center.

Management has set up a dedicated committee that meets daily to assess the ongoing level of risk associated to COVID-19. We wish to limit potential disruptions in order to be able to meet all our customer needs.
